Plank on the ball/knee to elbow

Sets: 2 Reps: 8-10 each side

Place your hand on the ball but not crashing it, instead try hugging the ball. Assume a push-up position with your hands on a Physio ball and arms slightly bent at the elbow. Hold this position, seeking balance. Let?s bring the knees to the ball and extend it.
