Hop Scotch One Foot In

Sets: 1 Reps: 5 Rest: 60 sec. between reps

Jump in an alternating fashion with one foot to the inside of the ladder square and then to the sides of the ladder square with feet spread apart. If you jump to the centre of the first box with the right foot, then land inside the second box with the left foot. Continue down the ladder in an alternating fashion. Stay on your toes, to minimize the ground contact time.
